For providers
Work with us, verification first
Families come to this site because they need to trust someone with a parent. We will only introduce an agency we can describe honestly — which means we verify before we list, and we sell nothing that changes a family's recommendation.
What we need before a listing
A real, findable business
Registered business name, GST or other registration where applicable, and a physical office address we can verify on a video call. We do not list individuals posing as agencies.
Documented verification of your people
Your process for ID proof, address proof, police verification and reference checks — described concretely, with a sample of the acknowledgement document you obtain. A process that exists only in conversation is not a process.
A written replacement policy
How fast you send a replacement when someone does not turn up, whether it is charged during the first month, and the escalation number a family can call at 7am.
A written fee sheet
Every component a family will pay: registration, placement, monthly commission, trial period, refund conditions. Families compare these line by line.
Insurance or indemnity where you offer clinical tasks
If your nurses perform clinical procedures, tell us what cover you carry and which professional registration your staff hold.
What we do
- Verify documents before a listing goes live, and re-check annually.
- Send families a requirement summary — care level, hours, city tier, budget band — not medical records.
- Label referral relationships on the pages where they appear.
- Remove listings that generate repeated substantiated complaints.
What we will not do
- Sell a higher position in the matcher or in any list. Nothing an agency pays changes a family’s result.
- Rank agencies by who pays the most.
- Guarantee you leads, conversions or a volume of calls.
- Publish ratings or reviews we have not verified — we have no review corpus, and we will not fake one.
How the process works
- You send the details below. No payment at this stage.
- We review your documents and schedule a video walkthrough of your office and process.
- We ask for a sample verification file and your written replacement and fee policies.
- If everything checks out, we agree the introduction terms in writing — including any referral fee, which is documented.
- Your listing goes live, and we re-verify annually or when your policies change.
Families receive your requirement summary only after they ask to be matched. We do not hand out contact lists, and we do not share medical information — we never collect it.
