Grievance redressal
If something on this site is wrong, unsafe, misleading, or if you want your data deleted, write to us here. Complaints about a care agency's conduct should still be raised with the agency in writing — but tell us too, so we can review whether we should keep working with them.
This is not an emergency channel.
For a medical emergency call 112. For a complaint about a caregiver's conduct, contact the family, the agency and, where a crime may have occurred, the police on 112 or the women's helpline on 181.
How to raise a grievance
- Email —care@bestelderlycare.com with "Grievance" in the subject line.

Kinds of complaint we handle
- Content — an error, an unsafe statement, a missing source or a stale figure.
- Privacy — request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
- Advertising — an ad you believe is misleading or misplaced.
- Partner agencies — conduct, misrepresentation or a fee dispute; we will review our relationship with them.
- Accessibility — a barrier that stops you using the site; tell us what you were trying to do.
Escalation
If our written response does not resolve the matter, reply to that response marked "Escalation" within 30 days and it goes to the grievance review contact. If you remain dissatisfied, you may approach the consumer forum or other authority available to you under applicable law.
Record keeping
We keep a register of grievances, the action taken and the date of closure, and review it quarterly to find recurring problems. Complaints that identify a safety issue in content are escalated to the editorial team immediately.
