What this site is

Elderly Care Finder is an informational service. It provides a care-need matcher, articles, checklists and price guides, and — when you ask for one — an introduction to care agencies. We are not an agency, we do not employ or supervise caregivers, and we do not provide medical, legal or financial services.

What this site is not

• Not a doctor, nurse, pharmacy or emergency service. Call 112 in an emergency.
• Not a guarantee of any caregiver, agency, price, outcome or availability.
• Not a substitute for professional advice relevant to your parent's condition.

The matcher and price bands

The matcher gives a general recommendation from your answers using published rules. It is indicative. Price bands on this site are clearly labelled as indicative or placeholder until they are replaced with surveyed data, and no figure here is a quote or an offer.

Agency introductions

Where we introduce you to an agency, your contract is with that agency. We may receive a referral fee. Any agreement on scope, fees, verification and replacement is between you and the agency — put it in writing before anyone starts.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to submit false, abusive or unsolicited information.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security or scrape content at scale.
• Do not reuse our content commercially without written permission.
• Do not submit another person's personal data without a lawful basis to do so.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may print the checklists and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish articles wholesale or use our brand to promote your own services.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on its content, for the conduct of any agency or caregiver, or for loss arising from interruptions or errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in the registered place of business having jurisdiction. Complaints may be raised through ourgrievance officer first.
